We are currently seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative in our Global Mailing Solutions division. The right candidate will be an integral part of our talented team, supporting our continued growth. This position will be located in our VANCOUVER location.
Position Description
The Territory Account Manager is responsible for delivering assigned sales results by effectively planning and executing solutions sales process and activities focused on the high-volume commercial market segment of Pitney Bowes customers and competitive users.
The incumbent is expected to be capable of executing a strategic “go-to market” sales strategies and sales execution plans to achieve assigned personal sales and business objectives.
The TAM is responsible for improving the retention rate of current Pitney Bowes customer, improving the conversion rate of the lease portfolio and to significantlyimprove the cross-selling of simple and complex solutions with all opportunities in the assigned account portfolio.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Educating customers on Pitney Bowes' products and service offerings
  • Meeting and exceeding sales quotas
  • Completing sales forecasts and other activity feedback in a timely manner
  • Driving customer satisfaction through solution-based relationships
  • Keeping up to date on new products, solutions and pricing
  • Completing sales documentation and coordination of pre and post-sales support to customers

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:
  • A proven track record in B2B sales in a similar industry or field
  • Demonstrated ability to cold-call and generate business leads
  • The ability to maintain a high closing ratio
  • A personal drive to meet and exceed goals
  • Excellent working knowledge of PC-based systems, including MS Office
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize
